BSB began to export its products

Belton Springs Sdn. Bhd. (formerly
known as Kejuruteraan Superskill Sdn. Bhd.) ("B-Springs")
commenced operations in the manufacture of leaf springs
for the replacement market. |

BSB & B-Springs were accredited
with ISO 9002:1994 status.
Belton Group acquired the entire paid-up capital of
BSB and B-Springs. |

Belton obtained listing on the Second
board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE). |

Belton HWC Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("B-HWC")
& Belton Pins Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("B-Pins")
commenced operations in the manufacture. |

B-Springs's leaf springs gained acceptance
into the Original Equipment market ("OEM"). |
| 1995 |
Belton entered into two joint venture
agreements to form Belton Oriental Heat Treatment Sdn.
Bhd. ("B-Orient") and Belton-Dorbyl Automotive
Products Sdn. Bhd. ("B-Dorbyl").
Two more subsidiaries namely B-HWC and B-Pins were accredited
with ISO 9002:1994 status.
Belton Axle Components Sdn. Bhd. ("B-Axle")
commenced operations in the production of brake drums.

with the Perak State Economic Development Corporation
("PSEDC") to participate in a Bumiputra Vendor
Development Program.
Incorporation of Belton Suspension Components Pty. Ltd.
("B-Susp") in Melbourne, Australia to undertake
the distribution of our products in Australia and New
Zealand.
Belton Fasteners Sdn. Bhd. ("B-Fast") commenced
operations in the manufacture of specialty fasteners.

Belton Tools Sdn. Bhd. ("B-Tools") commenced
operation in the manufacture of automotive tool kits.

B-Axle was accredited with ISO 9002:1994

Private placement of 3,780,000 shares of Belton at RM1.14
each.
Rights issue of 41,580,000 new ordinary shares of Belton
at RM1.00 each with 20,790,000 new warrants and employees'
share option scheme ("ESOS") of 8,316,000
ordinary shares.
BSB was awarded certificate for Best Overall Vendor
by Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Berhad ("Proton").
B-Susp in Australia expands its business and opened
another warehouse in Sydney to serve customer from Newcastle
and Eastern region of Australia. |
